Refund policy

Any purchased merchandise from the Zabbix online store can be returned only during Zabbix Conference Benelux 2025 event, at the official Zabbix Merch store premises. We accept items if they have not been used, are without defects, and in their original packaging – the quality of the product must remain unchanged.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by sending it to the email address conference@zabbix.com.

Once your returned item is received and its quantity is inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund of the item’s price.

Within the next 10 (ten) days you will receive a refund using the same payment method as when you made the purchase.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Zabbix reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
