When is the deadline to place an online order for on-site pickup?

Merchandise will be available on May 14 & 15 from 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM. Be sure to place your order before this date to ensure availability at the event.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we only accept PayPal for all online orders.

Will there be additional merchandise available for purchase at the event?

Yes, a limited selection of merchandise will be available at the Zabbix Merch booth. However, we recommend pre-ordering online to guarantee you get the items you want.

Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at invoices@zabbix.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid ID to collect your items. If necessary, we will be happy to refund you fully or change the necessary size of the item.

Can I return or exchange items at the event?

Returns and exchanges will only be available if you need to change the size of a purchased item.

Is shipping available for those unable to attend the event?

No, this shop is exclusively for on-site pickup at Zabbix Conference Germany 2025.
